The above information will help us in providing an accurate and timely estimate without having to come out to your home. An online estimates is not an obligation to hire. Nor are quotes given binding. The actual price of job may vary depending on the individual situation. Unforseen obstructions, the moving of furniture, restricted access to areas that need to be cleaned and hidden or unusual circumstances are just a few of the possible scenarios that may alter an online estimate. Once again, for obvious reasons even though our online estimates most often become the actual price, they are only a guide to give you a very close “ball park”. Once an online estimate has been approved we will dispatch our tech to begin work on the day appointed. If at that time the proposed work area requires additional charges it will be rewritten and submitted once again for your approval before any work commences. An online estimate can go the other way as well. Sometimes the footages given are wrong or we include discounts at the time the work is performed so an online estimate may be less. Please remember that this is just an added convenience to help reduce the amount of time you have to wait.
